NEXT STEPS
After you nail the interview, there are two initial live training calls: both just 20-30 minutes to walk you through the process. Then, you will be assigned to shadow an onboarding agent who will show you our flow with a live client. Last steps are 1-3 "scenario sessions" where your Sr. Onboarding Agent will be a dummy client for you to practice. Then, you're on to the big leagues and it's time to earn!
